Sit down at a computer and make an account! Game passes can be purchased for time on the computers. Bundle deals are available for better discounts! Credit Cards, Visa Debit, and Debit Mastercard, Apple/Google Pay can all be used to make purchases via the QR code. Cash can be given to the staff member and they will credit your account! You can also use a QR code at the front to add a dollar credit to your account which can be used to buy passes/snacks/drinks at a later time.

No! Each time a computer is logged out it restarts and wipes information that was entered and programs that were installed. Each time you log in the computer is fresh and ready to go!

Absolutely! We recommend using your own accounts so you have access to everything you’ve previously unlocked. Steam will also download your Cloud saves so you can continue to play on-going save files, and will upload them back to the Cloud when you’re done! We also recommend downloading their respective apps on your phone. Often you can log in via QR code to get gaming faster!

Within reason. Please keep in mind we are not babysitters, but we have no issue with younger people being here without parents as long as they are able to supervise themselves. We will not be responsible for your children however we are good people who will keep a friendly eye out!

We strictly follow the “don't be a jerk” rule. We believe everyone should follow common sense in regards to their behavior. If you think something isn't right, don't do it. If there are children around, maybe tone down the cursing and be a bit more civil. It's probably not a good idea to bully someone. If you are doing something which is causing something to break, stop it. If we find people have trouble policing themselves they will be asked to leave.

Don't be shy! Flag down a staff member and we will do our best to sort it out with you.. This is a new venture and we are learning as we go!

Unfortunately, at this time our system doesn't give you a warning when time is running low. Make sure you keep an eye on your gametime so you don't logout in the middle of a match!
